Comments from Wine Director Brendan Eliason
"We believe that wine should be fun. We have tried to develop a wine list that is fun for both the novice and the experienced wine drinker. We have included some non-traditional varietals like Kerner and Verdeho in whites and reds like Zwiegelt. And don't forget to try the mystery flights to test your wine skills!"

We taste hundreds of wine to create our wine list. What are we looking for?

First, we are looking for global representation.  There are some very unique wines from various  parts of the world which are fun to explore. We are also trying to find wines that represent the geographical influence on a varietal. For example, syrah/shiraz from California is very different from France or Australia.

Second, we are trying to find wines that are a good value. Wine does't have to be expensive to be good.

Third, we have picked many wines to explore the various styles winemakers choose when crafting their wines -from heavily oaked to unoaked, from ripe and jammy to elegant, from acidic to soft and fruity.

And last but not least, we wanted to put some fun wines on our list - wines that you may not have tried or even heard of. So come join us and enjoy!
