Va de Vi is a restaurant about exploration - of wine and food - in an elegant
yet casual and fun
environment. In Spain they call it tapas, in France it is hors d'oeuvres. In Italy
it is antipasto, and in the Middle East it is called mezza. The United
States call it appetizers.
Because we are about international cuisine, and because our menu contains many
items often found in entree size, we refer to our menu as 'small
plates'. Our menu consists of 30 - 35 small plates - larger than typical tapas
and smaller than an entree. We encourage sharing
of our small plates which allows
everyone to try many of our items in one sitting.
By serving many wines by the glass and taste, as well as having
flights pairing three red or white wines, we are also encouraging you to
try many of our wines as well. We use high quality stemware to
enhance your wine tasting.
